The cooldown bar in the middle of the hunter’s frame is called ForteXorcist. It takes a little getting used to, but is kind of handy for watching how your rotation/priority list adjusts for timing.
For very precise timing you might want to consider OmniCC.

The first pov looks like pitbull to me. The bars on the right are more Perfectraid looking but he ones on the left are pitbull. I know you can do the right side bars like that in pitbull as well.
