That tends to suggest that “Him” would probably would have been formerly human (The ones who have kings) and would have been one of notable strength to prove a point.
It’s probably not the Ashbringer, or Uther, or Turalyon.
However, it could be any of the dead human kings, (Making the line more fitting)

With the LK part, i’m not really sure who it is (the screaming dude) but i will think that is Bolvar, yes.
Think, Ner’Zhul have the most part of the power of the LK, and maybe Arthas body grew to weak, then he want Bolvar’s instead (?).
If that is true, then “Him” might be Arthas, still, it’s only MAYBE this!

I think the lich king is referring to Arthas as an individual being broken before he became the lich king. I’m willing to bet you’ll see that scene as a raid encounter in the citadel to.

the “him” that the lich king is referring to is probably sarufang the younger.
and that scream…that was Bolvar Fordragon.
Those two commanded the horde and alliance forces at the wrathgate when the forsaken betrayed them. sarufang was killed by the lich king and frostmourne stole his sole.
Fordragon was killed by the gas that the forsaken used.
Apparently the lich king is trying to turn Bolvar evil and has already succeeded in turning Sarufang into a death knight.
