Can I ride my flying mount on the ground in Northrend in WoW?

Nope, cold weather training is so you can use your flying mount at all, it won’t let you mount your flying mount if you don’t have it >.

No you need cold weather training to summon flying mounts in Northrend however you dont need epic flying skill to be able to buy cold weather training so for another 1000g you can fly in Northrend

Nope. Without the Cold Weather Flaying skill, it doesn’t even let you pull your flying mount out. Not that this is a big deal for you, though. An epic ground mount is faster than a normal flying mount is on the ground.
