    Ummm not sure what you are asking but the DK (death knight) starting place the ebon hold is a inn once u are done with the DK starting are u will be spit to stormwind (alliance) or orgrimmar (horde) and then you go to the leader of the city king varian wyn (stowmwind…not sure if the spelling on the kings name is right) or thrall the warchief (orgrimmar)

    to get to Northrend for alliance you eaither go from Stormwind harbor to valance keep or from Minithil Harbor to some place in Howling Fjord.
