I heard online that Dalaran floats so do you need a flying mount to get to Dalaran? (I am not a mage so im not using ports).

    Don’t Just Attract Him – Hypnotize Him!

    I dont think you do since it is a major city.

    and since you cant use flying mounts till 77 anyway, i doubt they will make it hard to get to.
