Okay, so I figured it out the answer was 42000 rep. My question stated that I was at the beginning of Neutral and wondered how much rep was needed to get the mount.

I raid two days during the week that make it more or less impossible for me to do anything other than the raid it’s self. I generally play a few hours on the other weekdays, a little bit on Saturday and I’m on pretty much all day Sunday, but mostly because I’m raiding then as well.

My character is not a human, and I am not on a pvp server.
On the days when I am not raiding I do almost all of the dailies except for the stupid poisioning one, if that helps any.
I’m lucky and find up to 7 eggs a day. I average about three.
